Mission Statement

The Admissions and Records Office is committed to maintaining a supportive learning environment by providing accurate and timely information regarding application, registration, student enrollment records and academic policies while providing responsive, respectful and individualized service to students, faculty, staff and the communities we serve.

Office Locations:

Admissions and Records Office: Building E1-105

Continuing Student Services: Register for classes, request transcripts/verifications, file for graduation, request IGETC/CSU certification, clear prerequisites, request certificates, name/address change, academic renewals, CR/NCR, Credit by Exam, AP/Military and Foreign Credit.

Enrollment Center: Building E1-121 

New/Returning Student Services: Admission application for regular and Special Admit Students in grades K-12, AB540 Non Resident Tuition Exemption, Non Resident Tuition Waiver and Residency classification.

Regular Office Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:00 a.m. to Noon

Saturday: First Saturday of the every month for Fall and Spring

Semesters 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Rush Week Office Hours:

Spring/Fall Semesters (First Two Weeks): 

Winter Session, Summer Session 1 and 2 (First Week):

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m

Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Saturday Office Hours: First Saturday of the every month for Fall and Spring Semesters

9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
